We want you to love your greenery; if your new planters aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the planters in their original protective padding and box to prevent any cracks or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
